It is just one of the important decisions you make after (or sometimes) before you have your baby. What are you going to name your newborn? Some people might have had a name in mind for their child years before it was even born, and that’s all well and good. But some people struggle with finding a perfect name for a long time.
You first have to narrow it down to a boy, or girl name. There are also so many unisex names to choose from too. You can find websites that have hundreds of listing of baby names. Now that’s where I would start. I’m sure you will get suggestions from the new grandparents and family members too. Start writing a list of all names that you like that have been suggested to you by everyone, then narrow it down from there to just a few of your favorites.
But the final decision will be made when you see your little cherub for the first time. Or when you look at her sleeping soundly wrapped around by the crib bedding sets. You will instinctively know which name sounds right for her. Then try calling her by that name and you will now if it is right.
